Our innovative digital tools enable patients and clinicians to share and discuss important health concerns to help Americans stay healthier.

SDM assignments can be as simple as reviewing and validating a SDM Tools to be released on the SDMCentral platform. You also can choose to be more involved in our company by writing the Tools.
